Shipping FAQs

Where do you ship?

We ship locally and internationally to selected countries currently. For international delivery, please contact us for shipping charges if your country is not among the listed countries we currently ship to.

For local delivery, we do not deliver to PO Boxes and certain areas such as Sentosa, Jurong Island, Changi Airport, PSA Port, Army Camps and other restricted areas. If unsure, just drop us a note before placing an order. 

When will my package be mailed out after making payment?

All items are ready stock unless stated otherwise as Preorder/ Backorder or Made to Order items.

For in-stock items, your package will be mailed out within 1 - 2 working days after payment has been verified.

For Preorder/ Backorder/ Made to Order items, your items will be packed and mailed out within 1 - 2 working days upon the arrival of the shipment in Singapore. As these are all handmade items, please allow an estimated 2 - 4 weeks for the production of your item (excluding shipping). 

What are your mailing times?

Packages will be mailed/delivered between 09:00am - 6:00pm on weekdays. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Who is your delivery partner?

Currently, SingPost is our delivery partner for local normal mail and international registered mails.

We are also working with a local courier service to provide door-to-door local delivery services and self-collection at selected collection points islandwide,

For customers who are unable to receive their parcels via courier delivery, we also offer a new service called Park N Parcel where customers can choose to collect their parcels at their convenience from various collection points located within shopping malls. For international delivery, we will ship via registered mail. For registered mails, a signature is required upon receipt of the package at the delivery address. A tracking number will also be provided for you to track and trace your parcel online via  If your country is not listed in the drop down list of countries which we currently ship to, please contact us to inquire on shipping fees to your country. 

Custom fees/import duties/taxes/tariffs which may be imposed on the package by the buyer's destination country are NOT included in the shipping fees. Buyers are responsible for any additional fees imposed at the customs by their respective countries. 

How long will it take before I receive my package?

For local normal mail. please allow an estimated 5 - 7 working days from the date of mailing for your package to be delivered to you. Should customers opt for normal mail, we will not be responsible for any damages or losses sustained during the transit process once the package has been mailed out. 

For local courier delivery service, please allow an estimated 1 - 3 working days for delivery from the date your package has been picked up by our courier. A tracking number will be provided for you to track your parcel online.

For international delivery, delivery time can take anywhere between 4 - 30 working days and will vary depending on the buyer's destination. Please contact us to inquire about the estimated delivery time before placing an order.

Can my delivery address by different from the billing address?

Yes, this is possible IF the method of payment is via Internet Banking or Credit Card. If you have opted for PayPal payment, please kindly ensure that the delivery address is the same address used for PayPal as by default, we will only ship to the stated PayPal address. 

Do you offer complimentary shipping?

Yes! All local orders above SGD$200.00 will enjoy complimentary courier delivery or Park N Parcel service at your preferred collection point. Complimentary shipping does not apply during sale periods or special promotions.
