All sales are final. All items sold are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable under normal circumstances. We only accept returns if you have received an incorrect or defective item. We do not accept returns in situations where customers have a change of mind so please choose your items carefully before carting out.
In the event that you have received an incorrect or defective item, we sincerely apologise for the error and the inconvenience caused. Kindly contact us within 5 working days upon the date of receipt of the item to arrange for the item to be returned to us via a trackable method. Do note that the following terms and conditions apply:
- Item must be purchased directly from our website
- Item must be unused/unworn and in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging
- Any item which comes with tags attached must be returned together with the tags intact
- Any item purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack has to be returned as a whole set
Once the incorrect or defective item has been returned to us, we will arrange for the correct item to be mailed out to you. If the item is out of stock, you will be refunded in store credits. Store credits have a validity period of 40 days from the date of issue and are non transferable.
For items that have been successfully returned and exchanged, local customers will be reimbursed for postage costs. For international customers, reimbursement of shipping costs will be done on a case-by-case basis.
No two pieces are exactly identical so slight variations in measurements are acceptable and are not considered defects.
The actual colour of the product may also vary from the colour on your display monitor due to different screen settings on your personal devices.
For leather goods, please note that leather is a natural product and each hide has different texture and absorbs dyes differently. Hence there might be slight variations in the colour and texture of the leather from different batches from time to time. Natural markings on leather give it an unique personality and character and are not considered defects.
For custom-made/ personalised orders, we regret that we are unable to make any provisions for returns and exchanges under whatever circumstances.
All returns and exchanges are subject to our discretion and final approval. We reserve the right to either repair a defective item, do a one-for-one replacement of the same design and model or offer a full refund in store credits. In the event that any returned item does not comply with our terms and conditions stated above, we reserve the right to reject the returned item. The item will be returned to the customer and all postage expenses will be borne by the customer.
