Payment FAQs

What currency are the prices displayed in?

All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD). For international customers, we only accept payment in SGD.

What methods of payment do you accept?

For local customers, we currently accept payment via Internet Banking (IB), PayPal, and Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard/AMEX). 

For payment via Internet Banking, please provide the order number and your ibanking nickname when submitting your payment details.

Cash deposit and ATM funds transfer are NOT acceptable. In the event that we are unable to verify payment due to insufficient information provided, refunds in the form of store credits will only be carried out on a case-by-case basis at our discretion and approval where there is sufficient proof of payment.

For international customers, we accept payment via PayPal (PayPal account is not required) and Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard/AMEX).   . 

What is the time frame to make payment?

As all products are all handmade, limited stock is available. To secure your purchases, payment has to be made within the time frame stated below:



Orders may be cancelled without prior notice if payment is not received and updated within the stipulated time frame unless advance notice and prior approval has been given. In the event where a customer has made payment after the stipulated time frame without advance notice and prior approval after the order has been cancelled, store credits will be issued. Refunds will be subject to a case-to-case basis. 

How long will it take for payment to be verified?

For payment made via internet banking, it will be verified within 1 working day upon receipt of payment details.
